These terms establish the rules for accessing and using Baseera's enterprise AI-driven platform.
1. Who We Are
Baseera is an enterprise AI-driven mobile application operated by Juhayna Food Industries, delivering business insights through advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.
The application is published on Android and iOS stores using restricted/private distribution and is not publicly available.
These Terms are established in alignment with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and the organization’s Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring that confidentiality, integrity, and availability of enterprise data are maintained at all times.
2. Scope of Use
Baseera is strictly for:
- Internal company use only
- Authorized users within Juhayna Food Industries only
- Business purposes aligned with organizational objectives
The application is not available to the public and must not be accessed, shared, or distributed by outside authorized users.
3. Access & Authentication
Access to Baseera is strictly controlled through:

- Avoid reliance on AI outputs for critical decisions without human verification

Users must NOT:

- Extract or leak business data
- Reverse engineer or misuse the system

- Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
